*These guys are nice when you are going to rent the property but you will see the real side of these guys when you are leaving the property. They send me emails threatening to charge twice if i don't agree to their settlement numbers. exact words from the guy "I would therefore suggest as a goodwill gesture our Landlord pays half the cost of this leaving you with £300 along with the £60 for the cleaning. If you do not wish to agree with this amount and for it go to the adjudicator then our Landlord has asked for you to be held responsible for the full costs of both the cleaning and decoration." And the £300 he is asking is based on a verbal invoice, can you believe this? Pathetic guys! On top of this they all along we paid £150 extra in rent compared to the current tenants. If you want a piece of mind never use these guys.

We are really glad that you enjoyed your time living in one of our managed properties and we are sorry that there was a need at check out to make significant deductions from your deposit. We understand that this is never a pleasant scenario when damages need to be rectified post move out and when there are costs involved with that. We are pleased that the matter is now settled via the independent Safe Deposits adjudication process. The system is there to protect both landlords and tenants when a dispute arises and when communications break down, so we are glad that an amicable compromise was reached between both parties.
