Horrific experience, if I would give no stars if pos - they are unethical, rude and unprofessional - they have kept money that they owe us - DO NOT TRUST THEM !

19 Nov 2019Obviously, you are entitled to you opinion and most prospective tenants (or their partners) are upset when they fail referencing. Our referencing criteria is explained both verbally, on our website and on the application form before any deposit is taken. We did refund a large part of your deposit even though we were not obliged to do so.

4 Aug 2020Absolutely terrible experience with these lying, incompetent, bad mannered people. They cancelled our viewings 1 hour before our appointments after we paid 20 pounds to come all the way from Rochdale. We will never use them again.
