We were unsure whether to go with a smaller estate agency rather than one of the bigger chains, but James was excellent. Our house sold on the first day it was on the market and for a higher price than some other agencies wanted to put it on the market for. Throughout the whole process James kept us fully informed, always answered any queries promptly and did everything he could do to make the process as smooth as possible. All of this for a fee well below that of the bigger agencies. Many thanks James.
