I setup a an appointment with Karen Talbot from the Wood Green branch. I received two different email and text confirmations regarding my appointment, however when I got there , she was nowhere to be seen. I gave her a ring and she blatantly said the appointment is cancelled. What makes them liars and cheats is the fact that when I searched the property on their website , it was showing as let agreed ... Obviously only in it for the money I have contacted the branch manager - Tom Wang as well as another rep - Paris Winfield asking for feedback on Miss Talbot's behaviour with no reply from them. Do not bother with them, they obviously won't bother with you
