Edwards (Bournemouth)

I've had dealings with Bournemouth Edwards and found them to be polite,Wimborne and Ferndown Edwards r amazing staff and very friendly. However I found verwood edwards to be very in-house chatty slanderous offensive and extremely upsetting,Paul really shouldn't be an agent an his offensive wording when speaking to clients should be addressed immediately,I'm so offended by my treatment by Edwards Verwood I've been in contact with the CAB and the ombudsman,I was and still am disgusted by this branch,I was told to stop calling ref a house I wanted to view after a call at 9am to show interest in property for a viewing for 3pm at 2pm is had no confirmation as agreed on the first call so I called back and was told vendor wasnt answering no problem,by three I'd heard nothing so I called back to say I've cleared the afternoon and the following afternoon should they hear anything,”personally a good service”they would have called me after my first call,the next day I called in the morning to be told by Paul in a very dominating voice I had called SEVERAL times the day before they were aware and would get back to me,the way this was said was clearly to make sure I didn't call again,this all happened on the Monday on the Friday I got fed from hearing nothing called again and got told the vendor wouldn't let me view the house as on the Sunday I had looked at the house from the outside only and from the road and got told I had intimidated the owner and wasn't allowed to view the house.i find this very hard to believe as to intimidate someone is to be aggressive threatening and bullying. The most ridiculous drama from someone having a bad day is one thing but for an agent to call someone intimidating for viewing the outside of a house is showing that something is going on there end and needs addressing as a matter of urgency.
