Had the most terrible experience with this Estate agents. I will NEVER rent again. Avoid them like the plague!!! My partner and I lived in a flat of theres for 18 months and we not supported or looked after once. We never missed a days rent and left the property in a better conditon then when we moved in. The property got mouldy and damp and we reported it from day one... We repeatedly logged the problem for over 6 months and in the end we had to move out. Our £500 deposit then had to go to a dispute with the Deposit Protection Agency and took 5 months to sort. I am pleased to say we received every penny of it back as I am sure our evidence submitted (all emails, photographs and videos retained) won there rediculous excuses to deduct from our deposit. We also had a leaking roof that tripped the electrics and I had to call out an emergency electrician that cost me £90.00. Called and requested to speak to a mananger who called to tell me I was logging the problem in the wrong way! I was directly emailing a member of staff AND logged the problem via there online form at Christmas time when they shut (I had mentioned the problem weeks before this too). I cannot warn others enough to stay away from Aston and Co Wigston.
