Used Hamilton Smith to sell a property that wasn't a mainstream dwelling and which had niche appeal. They were easy to communicate with, diligent in their approach and persistent in following up actions to maintain momentum in the process. Despite a couple of early set backs they maintained a positive and encouraging attitude which yielded a satisfactory outcome for both parties involved. They were cost-competitive and efficient and courteous in all their dealings and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly use them again when the opportunity presents itself.
