I signed a lease with Whiteford properties. I thoroughly read the lease and naively believed that it’s contents would be accurate. Upon moving in I realized that it was not. I was told By Oliver Whiteford that I could move out due to the circumstances but my deposit would be held until I found a suitable replacement. I found it immoral that I was being held to the terms in the lease when my reason for leaving was that they had not upheld their terms. I would not deal with this company in the future.
