Avoid at all costs! Utterly appalling, this is the worst estate agent we have ever dealt with and was a traumatic experience. There was no transparency, heavy delays, no follow-ups, bad communication, no morals or ethics in the way they acted. Unprofessional agency full of lies, do not recommend to anyone. Ian godfrey and jeremy fine (partner) have been especially unprofessional*
