I would give 0 stars if I could. They ripped us off for so much money and treated us with no respect. They charged a check out fee AND a finalisation fee (both £250) and couldn't explain to us what the difference was, how the £250 was calculated, or what it was even for. During our time there we had so much stuff break in our flat and they rarely fixed anything - when they did they often made it worse. We had a downstairs neighbour who was always playing really loud music and was often in trouble with police, someone even put a brick through the window and Atlantis did nothing about this. We spoke to other estate agents for advice and they said that Atlantis have a reputation for scamming people and ripping them off. If I could go back in time and not sign with Atlantis I would do it in a second, absolutely HORRIBLE greedy and evil company who only care about money. PLEASE AVOID

11 May 2020I have previously sent out a letter of complaint about all of the issues that me and my partner have experienced because of the agency, but I haven’t received a response. I have had too many disputes with the agency. I cannot live in these living conditions - mould and damp mainly in the bathroom but damp environment throughout the house. They are placing unreasonable demands on us and are not sympathetic to the pandemic and difficulties their tenants face. We have never felt so bullied in our life, especially the way they treat university students. They are not reasonable with their costs - asking for huge electricity deficits from us. We have paid rent regularly plus extra charges they have asked for. We should have been rational before and not have paid the other deficits they have asked for without actual proof from the main electricity provider. We have lost a vast amount of our money because of the company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and please avoid!!!
