I found Adrian to be highly unprofessional and totally lacking in communication skills. I stopped counting at 70 emails which he simply didn’t reply to despite chasing him repeatedly. In addition, there were also texts and voicemails that weren’t answered and ALL pertinent to the sale. If it didn’t suit him, he would simply ignore any correspondence. He was a neighbour and hounded me for ages to have my property on his books because it undoubtedly raised his profile. That being the case and given his over-zealousness, I thought he would deliver on every aspect, but unless it directly benefited him (financially obviously), he simply couldn’t be bothered. He acted all the way through as if the buyer were paying his fees as evidenced by the feedback on here. He handled the completion date disastrously, again only having the buyer’s interest because it presumably also suited his own cash-flow agenda. I was given 2 weeks between exchange and completion - a date which had been pencilled in when it was thought that exchange would happen 6 weeks previously but didn’t because of procrastination on the buyer’s part. My ex has given positive feedback, but his interaction was minimal and of course, completion dates didn’t affect him either as he wasn’t affected so easy for him to provide this together with the buyer who wasn’t paying the fees and got an absolute bargain! Had my situation been different, I would have withdrawn this property from Kelway Law and the buyer wouldn’t have been able to capitalise on my divorce situation. He didn’t deliver on price and made the entire process more stressful than needed because of the continual shortcomings on communication. Needless to say, that even if they had a dream property to buy or rent, I would pass them by. There is no excuse whatsoever for not answering emails .........in excess of 70 of them!!!!!!

Your property had been on the market for a little over a year with three other agents before we were instructed. We, of course managed to find a buyer for you and successfully managed the process through to exchange and completion. Regarding the emails, I received around 187 emails from you and I sent around 159 to you over the period. We were acting for both you and your ex husband Mr Osborne in the sale. On top of your emails , I also received around 144 emails from Mr Osborme and sent out around 124 emails to him. Of course many of these were duplicates as I tried to keep you equally informed. You are correct that I did not like my personnel number being used so did not communicate via that. Been a little more caring with the property i was trying to rent. If i was selling again I can guarantee i would of received the desired calls already
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
