Island Lettings

Complete lack of professionalism: Caution advised. Having made a prior appointment for a viewing I made the 3-hour round trip on public transport at relatively considerable expense only to be greeted by the individual with whom I had spoken with previously via telephone. She had no idea who I was and reported not expecting me whatsoever. Due to such strange, unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour, I respectfully made my feelings clear and walked away from the situation. I was made to feel unequivocally undervalued and my recollection of making the appointment was even called into question even though I knew the name of the individual from Island Lettings present and I arrived at the time that she attended - surely this should have rung alarm bells but instead prompted her to question my sanity. To add insult to injury, Island Lettings had booked for another viewing at the same time as my forgotten appointment.
