We used Richard Watkinson, Mansfield for our recent house sale. Their sales people, when looking to secure your business, are excellent; polite etc. However, once you have signed up, their customer service is definitely lacking. I had to correct their sales-brochure wording several times. Even when I had highlighted grammatical, spelling and factual errors, they still sent the draft details back with the same mistakes. They promised us accompanied viewing, then arranged them for the weekend when they do not provide this service. We never received a printed copy of our sales documents. Fortunately, our house 'sold itself' with the first viewer offering virtually the asking price. From then on in the sales process Richard Watkinson repeatedly failed to return our calls, and didn't even have the courtesy to advise us that the keys had been collected on completion. We are seasoned house sellers so managed the process without too many problems. If it was your first time, then I would NOT recommend. Easy money (over £3k) in our case.
