I want to share this review as I use this site often to try find smaller companies who aren't as well known but still provide an excellent service. Here is one I recommend for Sheffield. I’ve been renting with the company for 10 months now. The price of the rent is reasonable and the staff have always been professional and polite, swift to respond and repairs have usually been undertaken the same day, if convenient. I was able to agree a rolling contract after my initial 6 month term. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'd definitely use them again if I return to Sheffield.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
