Seller beware! If you want to actually sell your property do not use this company. My house was on the market with Belle Vue for 4 months without success. We agreed an initial 3 month contract term, rather than their standard 20 weeks, as they are cheap and it 'gave them a chance'. An exceptionally petulant response followed when I requested to change agent as they are no longer responding to any phone calls or emails, and are refusing to stop marketing my property. If you want a stress free experience when selling your home avoid Belle Vue. Despite their low fees, you get what you pay for.

1 Aug 2019We are sorry you feel you have had to leave a poor review. The service we have offered you has been extremely high throughout your time with us as you have commented verbally and in writing on many occasions. The contract you signed, as you know, was for 20 weeks as we have already discussed this. The contract was a sole agency agreement that is not due to expire until 19th August 2019. Two weeks ago you requested a change of agent. You stated you had no issue with our service you just wanted your property sold and thought a change of agency would help this. An example of our service was doing a number of viewings well outside of office hours; late in the evening and on weekends, to accommodate prospective buyer availability when you were unavailable. Out of the 15 viewings we have booked for your property 11 gave feedback and 4 chose not to. As a gesture of good will, we did agreed for you to go multi agent until your terms and conditions with us expired. There is no reason why we should not remove your property from the market as it holds no value to keep it profiled if you do not wish to advertise. You requested we keep your property low profiled until the 1st August and remove it on the 1st August which we have honoured. Today is the 1st of August. Should you have a complaint about any of our services, we have a complaints procedure which is set out in your terms and conditions. Leaving a review without first following this procedures does not give a true reflection about this business. We are sorry you feel you have had to post your view online.
