Right. If you don’t read this all you need to know is Jack.B is amazing along with his team!! From searching for a house since Jan 19 to putting in the offer on March 11th to today where the exchange has happened my thanks to Jack.B and his team cannot be said enough!!! And in excitement my first port of call is to give my feedback for Bairstowe Eves Cannock as I planned to do this a while ago but thought I need to wait for the exchange to know it’s definitely going to be my first home. Jack Brindley has literally gone above and beyond in helping this sale go through and along with the support of Kerry during his short time off. I have to say the vendors were fantastic too as the communicated with Jack too! Initially buying a house I found that estate agents including responded differently to me and I do get my words muddled especially when anxious so blunt to unhelpful responses did not help. I have notices different branches can be different to, so I will say Cannock were really helpful, I found Walsall to be the total opposite when searching for a property. Thankfully, before even seeing this property Jack’s was the one who I first spoke to and was just warm and welcoming whilst taking my details and putting me on the property search list and from then on his voice was one which I heard a lot as he was communicating with me to keep me posted on sales and throughout he remained polite even when I said no to suggested properties on the market. He listened to what I was looking for and literally emailed and called me with any property which matched or that was slightly different to help open my eyes to different options. I had put an offer in on a house on 9th March however the sellers asked to think it over for the weekend, then this house came and I saw it on the 10th and knew it was the one I wanted. And since my offer was accepted, Jacks support increased where he guided me through everything from the offer acceptance, to instructing a solicitor and now through the exchange. The seller’s solicitor I have to say have been abysmal. Jack calmly listened to my ranting and actively took steps to action tasks which actually were for the solicitors to do but he was pro-active in getting things moving, going beyond his duties. I had a deadline on moving by the end of July and Jack was updating me daily on what was happening via email, phone. He was chasing both solicitors ad working with the vendors to answer enquiries. His commitment has literally been exceptional, even when I was unavailable due to work, Jack rang me out of his own hours to update me accommodating my availability, and after all the stress of getting all but two enquiries completed. Jack had annual leave for a well-deserved break, but even then he let me know he was handing me over in his absence to assure me matters will still be chased and he continued to follow the progress which I only came to realise as he contacted me once all enquires were addressed to say congratulations! He literally is an Epic Estate Agent I haven’t been easy with my anxieties, set deadlines and sharing I am going to pull out on more than one occasion, sending rushed emails and having muddled up words via the phone, however Jack has never raised an issue and has been nothing but professional throughout and honestly if he hadn’t chased enquiries, and found out solicitors were sending address to the wrong addresses and companies, we would have not got this sale. I can say this for certain as I made clear if matters went unaddressed after July 19 I would pull out and we have literally made the end of the month due to my own circumstances. This should have been a simple sale with myself as a first time buyer and no chain however due to poor communication and actioning from the vendor’s solicitors this was not the case. Therefore the only negative I can say is Bairstow Eves strongly recommended the solicitors firm to me, one which I had planned to go with until I had recommendations from friends giving me a lower quote. I am so glad I did not go with countrywide. Also, a thank you to Jacks team who took my calls, they knew who I was and would ask me to bare with them whilst Jack left meetings to speak to me. Kerry has also been in and out of contact from the very start when I initially put an offer in, to covering Jack’s leave, and even in that time she spent several matters chasing one enquiry so I literally am thankful to everyone. For any buyers, picking the perfect house where you have that incredible feeling that you want it as yours is amazing as it is, but honestly from the moment you contact an estate agents, you will know if they will be your go to for property’s and Bairstow Eves really stood out amongst a small handful of others so honestly the staff have made all the difference and I cannot say Thank you enough especially to Jack.B!
