While they were friendly at first, my experience with Andrew Kent was characterised by their incompetence and thoughtlessness. The property was (and remained) unfinished, scaffolds were raised in front of my only windows without so much as letting me know, for a year they did not arrange for separate gas and electricity meters in a converted flat even though I repeatedly asked for it, which led to endless problems with utility companies. To top it off when I left they arranged viewings with as good as no notice. On one of which the 'prospective tenant' stole electronic goods. They have not so much as apologised.

I was a tenant at one of Andrew (Andy) Kent's property in 2012 and had a terrible experience. On the day I visited the flat, Andy gave me false information about the place and it's security level. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
