Luckily we weren't the sellers. They didn't rate them too much either. Turned up to one viewing without keys, another they forgot to tell the seller we were coming for one last review before exchange. We chased for replies to enquiries - they chased our solicitor rather than sellers. Even issuing the sales memo was hard work for them when chasing to find out when it would be issued said they were waiting for our solicitor details as they hadn't had them... whilst in an email chain where we had blatantly supplied details! They tried to get us to get our mortgage with them, would have charged us £500 (lifetime membership apparently..) to arrange it. Our broker did it for much less. Lied & said we needed insurance info in place way before exchange. Not impressed. Not sure what they did for their money. Not sure who Kevin is but I'm still waiting for him to call me back..after he says he'd get back to me. No updates, just fob offs.
