Called Direct Let on saturday 27/10/12 to say I had a 4 bedroom semi-detached to let, in a prime residential area (Chorlton, Manchester). A receptionist said the Lettings office was closed for the weekend, but took my details and said somebody would call me on Monday. After receiving no call on Monday, I called them again and somebody from the Lettings office apologised for not returning my call, took a lot of details off me, and told me the manager would get in touch with me. It's Thursday evening now and I've still heard nothing. Direct Let have annoyed me, wasted my time and a potential week's worth of letting revenue,... maybe £250. Thanks!
