I can not recommend them Found rude when told them I was leaving the remark was made to staff member I was aggressive client I gave them enough time until get agent said 14 weeks not sold only two viewing's get agent suggested others better performing in my area I gave 14 day notice this is when argument started because I selected new agent who said only way is to lower price Holters never once suggested this My choice their argument is should have let them no they had their chance I at first was going to pay upfront fee but changed mind cash flow problem My agent said no problem we will work something out so I never ticked the box saying I was accepting either find out Holters are charging me for all their work pictures etc as in his words I wasted their money I assumed this is what you are selling agents you work hard at trying to gain the sale I thought as usual no fee no sale Things have become quite heated so paid as can not face a court case None of this was explained so any prospective sellers beware if you fall out with the boss you are called names for removing your home from them but they just do not offer good service in fact they have just had two staff resign one who had been handling my prospective sale
