AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Need clarification: I need to admit front of the house such as letting team absolutely amazing, professional and great people. Wendy, Ciara and Sunny great people and amazing staff but until you are applicant and potential customer. Once you sign the contract and move In you’ll be dealing with maintenance team. This is the time when the nightmare starts. Absolutely incompetent people working there. Lack of contact, problematic all the time, property manager constantly on annual leave or with weird working hours like 9:15-2:45. Julia I’m talking about my property Coordinator ; useful person. Never called back as promised and the favourite sentence is “ we are chasing landlord”. Issues with property dealt over 3 months. Complaints never solved. Deposit refund nightmare. Gone now 4 weeks still chasing landlord. For god sake. People be warn and AVOID Gravesend branch. Unless company do something with Post Tenancy Department. SO FAR STILL IN BATTLE FOR MY DEPOSIT.

I gave one star only because there is no option for zero or even minus. By far this is one of the worst companies to deal with. I have placed an offer in September on chain free property and only just completed few days ago. I did not have a good feeling from day one when went to their office... Read Full Review
