I had a terrible experience with this agency. Trying to arrange a viewing was a nightmare as they don’t respond to emails, don’t answer their phones and don’t reply to voicemails. After finally getting confirmation of my viewing the agent failed to turn up! We were there early and stood right outside the door for half an hour, no one came. When I called the main office I was told to ‘just wait’ as the agent didn’t have a mobile phone and they had no way of contacting them. Eventually the main office bounced my calls to their ‘we are now closed’ voicemail (at 12:50am). I walked to the office and they were open. I told the girl that no one turned up for our viewing and she had a ‘computer says no’ attitude but promised to call when she knew why. Guess what? She never even bothered to call. Really frustrating as I had travelled all the way from London to Liverpool for the viewing. If I was a seller and missing potential buyers because of the staffs incompetence, I’d be even more furious. Absolutely not fit for purpose.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
