Simple Estate Agents was the brain child of Gurpreet Mahal,who felt that the Property market was made complicated by all those in the local market. They felt vendors, landlord, buyers and tenants were not being explained every step of the way and given them the professional experience they require. Therefore they
founded the company in August 2007 and since then have grown from strength to strength.
Simple Estate Agents is the independent Agent with the knowledge of the corporate company to give our clients a professional personal service.
Not content to stand still, we continually analyse trends in the property market and pride ourselves in the innovation and use of the latest technology in our management and sales offices.

It's been an amazing 6 years at 4 Spa house! The property is great and situated in an amazing family oriented locality. Our relationship with the landlord was managed efficiently with Simple Estate Agents. Bali was the initial go-to man for any queries I had initially. Farzana did an excellent job in managing the remaining years I've been at the property with all documents served on time and making sure the property gas/safety checks are performed on time. I would highly recommend using Simple Estate for your renting requirements.

I think that the fees are too high. I have a cousin who pays less for her property to be managed. However, I have stayed with Simple Estate Agency because the people I have dealt with, particularly Farhana and Bally have so far managed my property well and I am satisfied with their work.
