I was looking through my old docs on my computer and found a letter that I wrote to this agency when we were moving out of a property in 2009. I am sure employees changed during the course of 5 years (maybe not) but we never forgot. Let s just say, be very careful when they make the check in ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to be more professional and get a third party clerk to do check in and check outs.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
