Absolutely unprofessional approach, do not follow the rules, even put the property back to market without to wait for final result from check and hold the deposit.

Back in 2010 I engaged Keeley's as Letting Agents for my 4 bed town house in Ely. They never, ever once let me down. Keeleys is an agency with a highly unprofessional approach to their duties. Strongly not recommended. Left work early to travel from Cambridge to Ely via train to view a property that had been double booked with another prospective tenant. Got there and was told it had gone, "*". We had many issues with Keeleys during the 18months we rented with them. 1) Every 6 months we received a bill for £40 which seemed to pay for the privilege of being sent a signed A4 sheet of paper confirming our continued tenancy. 2) They allowed workman into our flat without prior confirmation ... I like friendly, I also like professionals to do their jobs and NOT MAKE US HOMELESS!
