Unbelievable tactics, done a deal with agent, whos name was Darrell Clarke, shook hands as a starter, to seal a deal after two showings, a gentlemens agreement, as far as I could see. Never heard back from him that day as he promised, chased him for next few days, leaving many messages with office and himself, only to receive a text, three days later,not a courtesy call and full explanation of the u turn the company had decided to do, only to blame someone else, cowardess, which I can only imagine was regarding percentage of the sale he was going to take, despite the blatant disregard for loyalty, missing from this country and it's inhabitants. outrageous sales tactics and two faced honesty, only not recommend this company, purely on the disgraceful tactics of proud of himself Darrell Clarke, well done you.

I can NOT recommend Ayers & Cruiks for residential block management or service charges , custody. They are the worst managing agent I have ever dealt with. Aggressive. Rude. Inexperienced.
