Friendly and genuine, this agency really care and they do what they say theyre going to do! They were efficient and reasonable when dealing with problems, I didnt feel as though they were "on the landlords side", as proven by the many thank-you cards and boxes of chocolates constantly dotted around the office. There were a few minor issues after I moved out but my deposit was returned briskly and I was kept up to date. They even kept hold of my post for me to collect and Id moved out! Just lovely people who do their job, what more can you ask. Would defininitely recommend them.
