As a tennant, this agent failed to repair a number of issues with the property including the following: Burglar alarms not works Intercom not working Over a period of 8 months, and countless emails, nothing was actioned. Property had not been professionally cleaned on move in date

Broken boiler. Used the complaints feature via Tenancy portal. Agreed with Lever Homes (who contacted me I must add) to have a new boiler fitted and took time and expense to ensure I was at home on the 16th April. This was all agreed on April 3rd 2020. My experience with Hannon homes as landlord was the worst I used them to rent my property which stayed two months empty asked me to reduce my price , and the manager terry Hannon who did the check out took photo of things I highlighted ignored totally my claims didn't pass it to the deposit ...
