Redstone made appointment to discuss existing Will in our own home. Redstone confirmed appointment by letter & on the day of app. sent a text stating J.Johnston was on his way to us. He did not turn up for app. No telephone call or text wS received from Redstone stating there was a problem. We had to telephone Redstone ourselves to be told he had been allocated the wrong slot. Very unprofessional of the company.
