I imagine most people have at least one story of a negative experience with a letting agency, and I'd go so far as to say that comparatively few people have a story of a positive one. I was the same, until this year. Letting from MS Properties was the smoothest, most efficient experience it's possible to have with a letting agency. Emails were responded to quickly, questions were answered comprehensively, all of our requests were either delivered in good time or on the rare occasion they couldn't, it was explained to us in detail why it wasn't possible to comply with them. I almost exclusively communicated with Elin Haf Roberts during my dealings with MS Properties. She was a consummate professional at all times, in addition to being friendly and effective. She would always reply to emails very quickly, and was always happy to answer any questions we had or explain elements of the contract we might have been confused by. I believe she may be the first letting agent I've ever met who left a good impression on me, which is as much a compliment to her as it is a damning indictment of the industry at large. Whatever she's getting paid, it isn't enough.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
