They lie to tenants and make them view the properties. Later come up saying stories that landlord is not willing to let the property. They made me travel from London to Solihull stating I can rent the property for 6 months, after viewing the property and filling the application they said it's minimum 1 year. I agreed and filled the application, later on they reject my application stating landlord looking for more than 1 yr contract. I had to spend 70£ for train to go and view the property. Really unhappy to have such irresponsible people working for Clark's.
