My experience can be summed up with one phrase âI don't recall the details of that conversationâ. It was a phrase used multiple times to backtrack, lie and manipulate a situation. There is no doubt in my mind that they were working for the buyer not me. they constantly lied. âThe buyers mortgage company won't lend unless you do £2000 worth of alterations to the propertyâ. When asking to see the written evidence of this they quickly backtracked and it went to bed. They manipulated me into paying for the survey. They lied about the position of the buyer when the offer came in. The negotiation of the sale was not completed by an estate agent. Meaning there was no negotiation. I redid the pictures and the advert as their pictures and write up were terrible. They only advertised on Rightmove after saying they're on multiple platforms. They mistreated the house on viewings leaving the cooker fan on, and doors unlocked. They were incredibly fake and I really do advise that if you go with this estate agent you get all decisions and rationale in writing so they can't deny their lies.
The fees weren’t that bad. But you get what you pay for. They weren’t worth what I paid for them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
