BEWARE. * outift is the exact opposite of his promises on the Dromor website & bear in mind it is very easy to post your own fake glowing reviews. This is the truth & why you can't leave a review on Dromor's website. Owners you will have endless stress and will make far far less rent than you would by renting via a proper agent for 6 months to vetted tenants who stand to lose a deposit.Tenants you will find a property that bears no resemblance to its photos. The full management service buys you refusal to return your keys, zero vetting of the tenants, zero come back on them for theft & damage. No attempt to obtain compensation for severe damage to furniture & curtains etc which he does not tell you about. Ignored emails & calls. It has taken me 4 months of pestering to get back 1 of 5 sets of keys. Dromor's so called clever pricing logarithm means your property is rented for peanuts to drug users and to teenagers for all night parties. Doors left unlocked. Loads of fag buts in plastic cups of stale booze, gum stuck to the furniture, bulky abandoned possessions , freezer left open to fill with ice so it takes you days to defrost, mouldy appliances & dirt left everywhere for you to clean up - the so called cleaners are a joke. Police called by furious & frightened neighbours. Legal threats against you as owner as a result.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
