I am very pleased I took my tenancy with Liberty Estate Agents in 2015 when organising my move from my previous rented flat, also in Stroud Green. From early on after the start of my previous tenancy with a different letting agents and landlord, the dishonest and sub-standard conduct experienced had made the 6 months living there very difficult. Then, the friendly team at Liberty proved there are letting agents who are committed to delivering on their professional responsibilities (and to a high standard), and continually adhere to their industry's regulations and associated laws - restoring my faith seeing there are good ones. Sadly, it is evident that renters do need to be careful, as this does not always turn out to be the case (not even to a basic level!) with all other letting agents and landlords - so for this I post a review! The Liberty team exceeded expectations throughout my almost 4 year tenancy. From start to finish they have been reliable, trustworthy, respectful and considerate, and also have gone above and beyond to ensure tenants are well looked after. I really wanted to take my next tenancy with Liberty, but I have moved out of the area and this was not possible. I am very thankful for the excellent care taken in the service provided throughout my tenancy, and would, as I have before when chatting to people, recommend them to anyone.
