Lane & Holmes, an estate agency established in 1985 by founding partners Andrew Willmer and Nick Kier, is probably Bedford’s leading estate agent dealing with the sale of quality homes in and around the Bedford area.
2002 saw the service offered by the original company enhanced with the formation of the Lane Group
of companies networking the expertise of 12 offices in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire together with the Mayfair Office in central London firmly establishing the brand. Lane & Holmes were also founder members of Move with Us, a network of over 1,200 offices nationwide ensuring that Lane & Holmes offer the best local, county and national coverage.
In 2007 Lane & Holmes launched Lane & Holmes Lettings the fastest growing lettings agency in Bedford serving North Bedfordshire and stretching across the A1 into Cambridgeshire in association with Whites Property Services to cover St Neots, Huntingdon and St Ives and the surrounding areas.
Lane & Holmes have embraced the technological revolution and offer a fully computerised database linking all of our offices together, enabling property details to be distributed quickly and efficiently by email, text messaging and other more traditional methods.
