We bought a lovely new home from Millwood Designer Homes in September 2016.The sales process was easy and we love our home. BUT, on our development in Hastings there are 59 family homes. Most have 2 cars. Millwood provided 2 visitor spaces for 59 houses. As part of their covenant nobody is allowed to park their vehicle wholly or partly on the road/pavement. As you can imagine, this is impossible. Millwood had over control of your development to a dreadful company called Trinity Property Management who charge fees and don't seem to do much for them. Trinity have recently employed a parking management company called PCM who will charge anyone (residents included) £100 for parking on the road/pavement OUTSIDE THEIR OWN HOME. This has caused uproar. We absolutely would implore buyers to check first before buying. DON'T BE FOBBED OFF.
