From an agent coming out to value our property to the final completion, the service we received was fantastic. The staff were always friendly and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we were happy, informed and got the end result quickly. Our calls were taken quickly and the queries dealt with as efficiently as possible. We would highly recommend Kimberwoodward again; we felt safe in their hands and knew that the sale would be completed. We would not have to wait for an update, all the agents in the office work to a high standard and their customer care is second to none. We have used Kimberwoodward previously and would not hesitate to use again.

I made an offer on a house, I was told the current tenant would not be a problem and would move out when asked by the owners. The sale fell through when tenant refused to move out. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
