The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the visits and answered every one of our thousands of questions. Staff in the office are easy to talk to and make you feel like you can ask anything.

The company did not coordinate on the last day of the contract, there is no staff to show on the last day inspection, and they will take a photograph to force tenants to deduct my deposit that they thought there are not clean after I move on. Very efficient when we have an issue in the house, washing machine and tumble dryer both replaced when broken. Some mold and small damages already to the property before we moved in. I used Tyneside Lettings Company for my 2018/19 academic Year for my 3rd and final year of university. I don't have a bad word to say about the company. Decent at sorting out paperwork and stuff but upon moving in they obviously hadn't had it cleaned as there were socks, dust and glass under the sofa, cobwebs on the ceiling and used sheets on the bed.
