Be Streets Ahead managed to sell my flat TWICE (my first buyer pulled out days before exchange - horror!) while in the same time Ocean got just a couple of viewings for my neighbour's identical flat and never actually managed to sell it - she took it off the market. I got Ocean round when meeting with prospective estate agents and they said her's hadn't sold as it was priced too high and they'd advised her to drop it (to a giveaway price). Be Streets Ahead sold mine for the asking price. Their marketing was really effective and they were properly dynamic at selling, not just sitting there waiting for buyers to come to them as so many estate agents are. They were really great to deal with, honest, reliable, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful. The other estate agents in the chain were NOT so but Be Streets Ahead kept on top of things and moved things along when theincompetency of others slowed things down. I would strongly, strongly recommend them - I was really impressed by them as a company.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
