The worst possible service. Savills was not managing my property properly and the tenant caused damages throughout my apartment. He was smoking, left burn marks on furniture, he wrecked the beds, the wooden floor, the carpet, the doors, everything. Tenant even changed the lock without permission and without notification. Savills is not a company to trust your apartment to. They are not professional. Oliver Melotte's (branch lettings manager) comment to me as the landlord was :'you were unlucky. A real shame for them.

Initially presented by real estate agency Savills with a beautiful 1 bed and promised luxurious amnesties/services when I moved at Lillie Square at the end of 2017, however sadly the reality proved to be quite the opposite and my experience at the property has been disappointing to say the least....
