AVOID AT ALL COSTS This is not a real company. They're a dodgy organisation. Their properties aren't fit to live in and when you ask for repairs they send dodgy people round the house who don't know what they are doing. They are aggressive and rude, and as soon as they can they will issue you with an Order 21 to leave the property with no compensation for the high fees you pay them. Proper gangsters and cowboys. They are not a real agency, DO NOT let with them. They may respond here with lies as it is typical of their behaviour.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
