Philip Royal is one of the best estate agents that I have had the privilege of dealing with. I only say one of the best as I include my self, having been an estate agent in the past. He is honest & doesn't give false expectations when dealing with the sale of your property. Philip & his colleague Anthony are both polite & courteous & are always available to answer your queries. The service they provide went far beyond their remit as I was selling this property from 300 miles away & totally relied upon them for every aspect of the sale. Including, help with the eviction of my tenants & providing external quotes for insurance purposes. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin & Co & would definitely use their services again. As this is an independent company & not part of a chain, the care and attention is excellent and they certainly earn their money.
