Terrible service. Management are rude and unprofessional, verging on childish when they throw a tantrum in an email response. Members of the team also appear to own the '3rd party' inventory checking company and the cleaning company, so it seems a bit shady. Manager went nuts when I questioned this. Avoid at all costs. It's not run by capable individuals.

8 Jul 2019Thank you for your anonymous review as we have no idea who you are of infarct you are genuine it’s is very difficult to fully reply. However all tenants receive a check out report completed by a 3rd party company complete with photographs which are very hard to argue with.

This is honest opinion about this bogus agency when my landlord friend called the agent was superb talkative it sounds like he was the right choice for a live out landlord whom had pretty bad experience with previous agency. The age that fees is very reasonable however the service is bogus, slow & uncooperative as money is a money whatever he charge he must follow landlord instructions and taking matter seriously rather that "I don't care it's not my property"
