These guys (Andrew CEO especially) seem good at the start and they claim you have a guaranteed rent. They charge very unreasonable costs for repairs. I was charged £275 for replacing a panel heater that costs only £25 in Argos. when the lease is over they then take months to vacate the property and find every underhand trick not to pay the outstanding rent. Andrew then stop picking your calls. please avoid them and save yourself from heartache!
