Unwilling to deal with noisy neighbours. The worst property management agency I have ever encountered. I have had issues with excessive noise from neighbours for over a year now, children screaming/yelling/stomping/banging against the walls at all hours – to the extent my ornaments and pictures rattle & after house guests were woken in the early hours I needed to take some action. My neighbor on the other side also has issues with the household in question & has also been woken up in the early hours, she has spoken to the loud neighbours with no effect. I wrote to Premier Estates requesting that they take some action – their response?....did they investigate?... nope “we'll send a letter”…… which had had zero effect!. Last month the loud neighbours installed a monster trampoline, which fills most of the small back yard and is well above the height of the fence. This exacerbates the screaming/shrieking/yelling/ tantrums/crying as well as being a clear invasion of my right to privacy….. so now my garden is a complete “no go” area - the noise is completely unbearable & they can see into my yard so I have zero privacy. I wrote to Premier again to explain the situation – their response “we'll send a letter” – wow, because that worked last time didn't it?.... perhaps they really don't understand that people who will permit their children to scream 24/7 are unlikely to act on “a letter”?... Well the 2nd letter must have been sent by Premier Estates to my neighbor as when I returned home this Sunday a soiled baby's nappy had been flung into my garden….. so, Premier, well done for “resolving” the issue - needless to say the noise levels continue unchecked. All residents are subject to TP1 agreement - the specific terms of which are: Not to do or cause permit or suffer to be done on the property anything which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance or may cause damage to the transferor or the owners or occupiers of adjoining premises. Premier now claim this is “subjective” which makes me wonder why they would even have this agreement if they are unwilling to enforce the conditions?. The matter has been escalated to my local council, MP & housing ombudsman in the hope that these authorities will be more willing to act & do the job that Premier have spectacularly failed at. The estate is already a particularly noisy residential area, a number of households also have apparent 'volume control' issues (parents & children) so, by allowing excessive noise levels to continue unchallenged, Premier Estates are sending a very clear message that everybody on the estate can be as loud as like, at any time, for any reason with no consequences, as no action will be taken. I will never ever live in an area managed by Premier Estates ever again as their obvious “hands off” approach to estate management will rapidly allow the area to become a squalid ghetto because they just don't want to deal with these sort of issues…… so what am I actually paying them for?

Hands down one of the worst management companies I've ever come across. If you report problems they do not respon until you send legal threats or constantly hound them with resolutions. They charge obscene prices for minimal work, the cleaners come for 15/20 minutes and leave. Gardener and... Read Full Review

Probably the worst company I've ever had to suffer working with. Pitifully archaic system. Disgracefully unprofessional customer service. (often 7 days and a couple of chases, JUST to confirm they've had the email - forget about meaningful action) And rates that would, frankly, make... Read Full Review

The fire alarm keeps going off multiple time throughout the night. This has been going on throughout the week. I had called the out of hours maintenance number to inform them of the situation. Perfectly nice people but not much they could do. By the end of the week I called during office hours in... Read Full Review

Awful company! They have no interest in managing a property, only taking money. They cannot explain or provide information about the insurance policy for our building. Attempted to make a claim and was informed fixing a leak and the remedial work would not be covered. Tried to gain access to the... Read Full Review

Premier Estates are quick to handle basic maintenance issues, such as replacing lightbulbs, but that's the only positive I can say about them. They are expensive, dismissive of the residents concerns and fail to rectify anything but the simplest things in a timely manner. I am unsure of my... Read Full Review

Premier estates are responsible for the maintenance of our estate. We own our property which we purchased naively 12 years ago as leasehold. Have had this company manage ( and I use this term in the loosest possible sense!) The shared areas on my estate for a number of years now. Considering Premier get £200.00 a year 'minimum' from the 62 properties here I still fail to see what they actually do for the money. For ... Read Full Review
