Hands down one of the worst management companies I've ever come across. If you report problems they do not respon until you send legal threats or constantly hound them with resolutions. They charge obscene prices for minimal work, the cleaners come for 15/20 minutes and leave. Gardener and window cleaner hasn't been for several months. They also changed the locks on a meter reading door without residents knowing or consenting. Then when asked to provide us with new keys due to inconveniencing us all they told us to go buy one from Amazon. The absolute cheek to suggest this when they only changed the locks because of their own incompetence and inability to access that room is absurd. So residents have to waste time and money for their mistakes. Avoid at all costs!

Probably the worst company I've ever had to suffer working with. Pitifully archaic system. Disgracefully unprofessional customer service. Avoid working with, or indeed renting/buying any premises that these lot are involved in, if you value your sanity and self-respect. . UPDATE - Several weeks now, since I notified them that I've left. And I'm STILL getting email invoices, tenant updates, and phone calls. So strange, as I've had confirmation in writing, that they've received my emails (so they KNOW I've left) Furthermore, there is no "opt out" of their emails (which is against the law) - https://www.gov.uk/marketing-advertising-law/direct-marketing FURTHERMORE (if they wanted to argue that their emails do not sit under marketing), they have neglected my legal "right to be forgotten". Breaching a 2nd law. I'm in the process of submitting a complaint to Trading Standards.
Its genuinely like someone let a 3 year old school child, that is high on fairground candyfloss, loose to run a multi-million pound company. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF-RESPECT.

I own a freehold mid terrace house of which the roads were deemed to be below standards to be adopted . As a result residents are stuck with this management company. No reports to the council or police no confirmation of any details location etc when questioned.
I have recently dialogue with them where they now say they are not responsible for the roads saying it's the council responsibilty and they are responsible for communal areas and carparks of which should of been handed over to the council 15 years ago by Crest Nicholson. No communal areas on my location.
The more you look into these type of operations the more questions that need to be asked

The fire alarm keeps going off multiple time throughout the night. This has been going on throughout the week. I had called the out of hours maintenance number to inform them of the situation. Perfectly nice people but not much they could do. By the end of the week I called during office hours in the hopes of finding out what was happening and what was being done. I got through to a Chelsea, I explained I was calling due to the fire alarm and inquired as to why this was happening and what was being done about it. She replied saying that an engineer was coming out to solve the problem. I explained that engineers have been coming out all week and the problem has yet to be solved, so what are they doing to get to the root of the problem and why was the alarm repeatably going off? There were three instances that night around 11.00, 4.30 and 8.00. She explained that one of in instances was the fire lever went off (I believe the 11.00pm). But the other two she said it was due to tenants tampering with the detectors and alarms. Although this is likely true that people did tamper with their alarms, I suggested that this was unlikely the cause of the alarms going off. One because tampering with the alarms wouldn't set off the alarms for the whole building (something that I later confirmed by speaking to the engineer directly). Two this meant she was accusing people of waking up in the middle of the night (4.30am) to tamper with the alarm which would be ridiculous as it would clearly be a reaction to the alarm going off. She then proceeded to have a go at me for the fact that people tampered with their detectors/alarms, going on about fines and how under no circumstances should you tamper with them. Now to be clear I haven’t and wouldn’t tamper with my detector/alarm as a value my life more than my sleep and wouldn’t want to endanger others. However, I can defiantly empathise with my fellow tenants who have been woken up frequently and multiple times throughout the night, people must go to work and have families and young children who are asleep. Chelsea in this regard had no sympathy. In fact, for the other times, that night and earlier in the week, she just blamed the tenants saying they must have set it off by either smoking, burning toast or showering, why this would set off the whole building, bring over half a dozen fire trucks every time and not just the effected apartment at least initially I don’t know. But apparently this is due to high risk cladding, like that at Grenfell Tower, which I don’t understand why the company hasn’t dealt with this very serious issue. I didn’t believe most of the things that she was saying, because blaming tenants in most of the cases was illogical. And the sheer number of times this occurred strongly suggest that it was a maintenance issue. I stated that given the consistence of the issue they should really be doing more about it, and she told me it wasn’t a consistent issue. I had called the out of hours most of the times the alarm went off so they have a log of the amount of time I called. The fact that none of this was information that she was aware of indicates that Premier Estates systems is woefully inadequate. The idea that we are high risk for fires, and they are apparently doing nothing about it is shocking (but perhaps that issue is more complicated). As for Chelsea, I didn’t expect her to know everything about what was happening, but at the very least have notes of the incidents reported from tenants, the fire department and the alarm engineers. I would have expected she would be able to explain the issues behind each of the incidences and ensure me that they were doing everything they could to solve the issue. Instead she blamed the tenants unjustly and blatantly lied about the reasons behind the issue and showed very little understanding of the situation and no empathy for those effect. After this this I spoke to the engineer directly and the issue is apparently due to the system being water logged (probably due to the excessive rain we have had recently and informed Chelsea), effectively proving that she was nonsensical blaming tenant and lying about the causes (although some may have been due to actions of the tenants, not all of them could have been). Her behaviour and attitude I found utterly abhorrent (I am not a fan of being lied too). It also highlighted the incompetence Premier Estates as I was able to find the reason for these incidents while they remained clueless. I strongly suggest that Premier Estates better evaluates its systems to make sure vital information is available, as well as, train their staff to deal with incidences with clear logic, understand and empathy.

Tried to gain access to the water meter/stopcock outside the flat to be told to go buy a key for the room myself. We now have a waking watch due to cladding even though when I moved in ~20 months ago I had a cladding report done. No clue given to how much this is going to cost us. The list goes on and on.

I am unsure of my contact with Premier Estates, due to this role changing multiple times and inadequate communication going out to the residents.
Having ignored my issue, and my follow up email on this, I have emailed them again with little faith that I will even get a response. Unfortunately with so many flats in the block, it seems an impossible task to convince the other flat owners that a change of management agent is necessary, though many of the owners I know are as disappointed with the general level of service as I am.

Very last minute when increasing service changes. My service charge increased by over £100 and I was informed a week before the increase. Service charge is already over priced and interior of the building is not good quality.
Poor company.

Premier estates are responsible for the maintenance of our estate. We own our property which we purchased naively 12 years ago as leasehold. I understand the government are currently trying to crack down on unscrupulous companies who are exploiting innocent new-build house purchasers. I sincerely hope new laws are put in place to protect the general public as it's been a way of cashing in on new build sales. Where else would you be charged extortionate amounts for services which are never provided!?? When challenged they lie through their teeth even though the evidence is stacked against them. I would advise anyone in our position to proceed with caution!! I wish I could turn the clock back as I can honestly say I would never buy another new build leasehold property with maintenance companies involvement.

They also tried to get us to nominate one person to contact them (an unpaid role) so that that person took all the flak and they didn't have to answer to more than one householder on our estate directly. I have most recently been waiting for 6 days for acknowledgment of an email, and tried calling twice today but was put through to answerphone of someone who is IN the office today but who does not call me back. At least if I burned twenty pound notes, they'd heat me up a bit!

How interesting that when I submitted a complaint about noise nuisance in my area in January 2019 nobody did a thing & Premier Estates claimed that "There isn't a problem" and "we monitor the area frequently"..... indeed, well not quite as frequently as I do, I only LIVE here and work from home....
Then, on Friday I received a letter from Premier Estates (to the occupier) advising that kids are playing in the car parks on bikes & scooters and this is dangerous & could they get their kids to play elsewhere?!.....
Their letters have clearly had zero effect as parents are still allowing their free range kids to run amok on cycles & scooters, shrieking and yelling like they are being tortured.... and the "no ball games" sign is widely ignored too.
So, well done Premier - you really sorted the problem out... a bland letter to "the occupiers" - it might have been an idea to tackle the issue earlier (January) when it was first reported. It would be funny if it wasn't so painfully obvious that you don't "monitor the area" and there IS clearly a problem, which Premier are unwilling/unable to resolve.

This company provide a shocking service for the money paid. I don't think they understand the meaning of ‘Value for Money’. When we purchased our property we were informed that it came with a management fee, and this was fine. However, we didn’t realise we were going to receive such an abysmal service for the £200 plus we and the other 62 residents each pay.
I think the single star rating from 19 reviews (at the time of writing) speaks volumes!

Have had this company manage ( and I use this term in the loosest possible sense!) The shared areas on my estate for a number of years now. Considering Premier get £200.00 a year 'minimum' from the 62 properties here I still fail to see what they actually do for the money. For years we didn't challenge them and now we have started we are blocked at every turn when all we want it to be given an actual proper service for our money. I don't think that is difficult? If you are procuring them be very clear on your expectations. We receive monthly site visits yet 8 months worth of these 'visits', the visiting member of the company failed to notice the top part of the cul de sac had been fenced off with a 20ft iron fence and a new build has started on there!!! I very much doubt their integrity and their ability to support residents with honest, transparent and FAIR fees. We are not opposed to paying but believe the rates and charges are extortionate for what we actually get. We have met with them once following lots of complaints which are still not resolved one year on . These complaints have been presented numerous times and with evidence yet we are being ignored. If you have a choice avoid them.
