If I could put 0 stars, I would. They were not professional. Had so many issues with them. When we moved in the curtains hadn't been put up, the locks didn't work and the place was a mess. We asked for the curtains and locks to be sorted out and they never were. After that, we had council tax issues. Nexa said we needed to sort it but as it was a HMO it's down to the landlord. Then towards the end of the tenancy they were saying we were given reduced rent to sort out the council tax. We were never told this, if that were the case it wouldn't have been as much of an issue. Throughout the tenancy they were very rude, often coming in without given the appropriate 24 hour notice. One time we were making dinner and they complained that the kitchen was messy, which apart from the food and dishes we were using for dinner the kitchen was clean. There's so many more horror stories but I wont get in to it.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
