I've rented a flat with Cactus Living being my agency of choice. Cactus have been extremely helpful and kind with me since day 1. I wanted to get in the flat ASAP and they made arrangements immediately for me to be able to do so. During my two years of tenancy, I was provided with support whenever it was required - once for the oven and once for the washing machine which had been fully replaced for me. Whenever I contacted the team, they were always extremely willing to help, being very professional and prompt in their replies to me. I highly recommend Cactus Living to any people looking to rent a new flat.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
