Jennie Platt Estates and Lettings

Not really sure what this estate agents is all about I tried to view a property approx 3 years ago in Prestwich called the agents arranged a date and time and I thought that was enough My Husband and I arrived and sat and waited half an hour and had to call in the end to see what the delay was, we were met with the answer “Oh you didn’t confirm you wanted to see it “ at no time over the last 30 years of buying and selling numerous properties as any company ever replied with that answer. The fact I called and arranged a date and time to meet surely was sufficient if they wanted to make sure I was going to attend wouldn’t a phone call be good to call and say I’m on my way I will meet you there at 1 as arranged !! Fast forward 3 years I have called 4 agents in my area to come to my property as we want to put this on the market soon. I called last Friday giving them the benefit of the doubt all agents can make a mistake we’re all human. Now I have taken a day off and my first appointment was today at 11am, I hoped as a good impression surely they would turn up few mins early or on time, no to my amazement after nearly 15 mins late I called to be told Oh we tried to call you then oh someone double booked. I have checked my phone and there is no missed call showing on my phone no email or contact to apologise they had supposedly double booked. Jennie Platt may I say you are the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever dealt with are you aware the people in your office that work for you are dealing with your potential customers in this way. This review is totally warranted and you have really angered me at wasting my time. I wouldn’t mind the fees that are charged by the likes of your company are high but do you really deserve them I think not. I now know that at any time I will never use you for any of my business, great to anyone out there that has used you and received a good experience great. Mine has been total disaster and really not warranted to receive such appalling service. We called with a nice manner on the phone and chatted with the girl and gave her our details last Friday and you have simple put them on one side and ignored our details totally.
