UNPROFESSIONNAL Agency, horrible customer service! I rented a flat in central London and * and his agency never reimbursed my deposit back despite having returned the flat with zero Problem. He simply disappeared and they never replied to my several calls , reminders, letters... You call this a pure THEFT that's it!

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and local amenities. I loved the area, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I'm not giving Fraser Bond a full 5-star review is that there was a slight delay in the check-in process. However, this was communicated clearly and efficiently, and the team did everything they could to make it work. Overall, I would highly recommend Fraser Bond to anyone looking for a hassle-free property rental experience in London.
